Your key responsibilities include:

• Check-in and check-out
• Responsibility and leadership of the individual shifts
• Warm care of our international guests
• Implementation of specialist training and further development of our employees
• Shared responsibility for the achievement of economic goals
• Independent complaint management

• Adherence to and implementation of our brand standards

Be able.

• Completed training in the hotel industry
• Front office experience in upscale hotels
• Fluent in German and English
• Strong feeling for the different needs of our complex and demanding guests
• Very good knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Opera is an advantage
• a competent and authoritative appearance
