Your key responsibilities include:

• Check-in and check-out of our international guests
• Creation of various reports and statistics
• End of day activities and preparatory work for our accounting department
• Acceptance of reservation requests (both by phone and from walk-in guests)

Be able.

• You have successfully completed your training in the hotel industry and have already gained professional experience at the reception, and you also have more in-depth experience in night audits in order to be able to stand in for the night manager in absentia
• You enjoy communicating in different languages - fluent in German and in English - and fulfilling all the wishes of our international guests
• In addition, you enjoy working on the computer, ideally have Opera skills, are flexible and ready for action and enjoy your chosen profession
