Your key responsibilities include:

• Support the Bar Manager in leading and motivating the team 
• Ensure smooth service operations and compliance with Marriott standards 
• Responsible for ordering, stock management, and inventory following FiFo principles 
• Co-create bar menus, promotions, and seasonal offerings 
• Prepare duty and vacation schedules considering operational needs 
• Train and develop team members, including apprentices and interns 
• Maintain mise-en-place, cleanliness, music, lighting, and overall atmosphere 
• Provide personal guest service and handle complaints 
• Conduct safety briefings and ensure HACCP compliance 
• Participate in internal meetings, briefings, and trainings

Be able.

• You’ve completed training in hospitality or gastronomy and gained leadership experience 
• You have strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, cigars, and wine 
• You speak fluent German and English; additional languages are a plus 
• You’re organized, guest-focused, and a true team player 
• You have an eye for detail and a feel for atmosphere and guest needs
