Then you will take on responsibility as Chief Steward (m/f/d) - design standards, develop your team and ensure smooth processes behind the scenes. Two brands – endless possibilities!

Your key responsibilities include:

• You will take overall responsibility for the stewarding department and lead an international team with commitment, clarity and role model function
• You will ensure that all cleaning, hygiene and safety standards are met and continuously improved in all kitchens, storage and service areas 
• You will coordinate the provision of materials and the smooth running of all six F&B outlets and banquet events
• You will be responsible for the planning, implementation and evaluation of inventories as well as the control of inventories and operating resources
• You will create regular reports on key figures, inventories, material consumption and department performance and derive optimisation measures from this
• You will work closely with the kitchen, purchasing and F&B management departments to optimise processes and control costs
• You will continuously train and develop your team – with a focus on quality, efficiency and sustainability
• You are the contact person for technical matters in the stewarding area and ensure the maintenance and safe operation of all machines and equipment

Be able.

• Completed training in the hotel industry/gastronomy, ideally with further training in the field of business administration or hotel management
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable management position in stewarding or kitchen
• Strong leadership skills, organizational talent and hands-on mentality
• Very good knowledge of HACCP, occupational safety and cleaning standards
• Confident handling of MS Office and, ideally, knowledge of the hotel's internal merchandise management systems
• You enjoy working with people and analysing numbers, speak German and English fluently and are flexible and ready for action.
