At our dual-brand hotel – Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel – two global hospitality icons unite to create a unique leadership opportunity. As Multi-Property Director of Food & Beverage (m/f/d), you will be the strategic business leader for all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, catering, and room service. You will shape the guest experience, drive financial performance, and lead a high-performing team across both brands. Two brands – endless possibilities!
Your key responsibilities include:
- Strategic leadership of all F&B areas across both properties
- Development and implementation of F&B strategies aligned with brand standards and guest expectations
- Leading and developing a large, international team with a focus on motivation, coaching, and performance
- Responsibility for budget planning, forecasting, and CAPEX investments
- Ensuring excellent guest experiences and continuous improvement of service quality
- Introducing innovative concepts to increase revenue and strengthen market positioning
- Close collaboration with the Executive Team and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Promoting an open, inclusive, and performance-driven team culture
- Taking on additional responsibilities such as Manager-on-Duty shifts
- Direct reporting line to the General Manager and member of the Executive Committee
