Your key responsibilities include:

• In our dual-brand hotel, you will be a specialist in exceptional and first-class service and, together with your team, create unforgettable moments for our guests
• Organization and monitoring of room service operations 
• In case of special requests or guest complaints, you are the contact person and ensure a quick solution
• Your positive charisma ensures that you will be remembered and thus win over regular guests
• You will work closely with other departments such as the kitchen and housekeeping to ensure a smooth service process

• You have good organizational skills and an eye for detail.
• You keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
• You have already gained experience in the gastronomic sector.
• Your communicative nature distinguishes you and you feel comfortable in both German and English, any other foreign language is an advantage.
