• Direct communication with our guests and customers across all channels

• You know how to handle guest requests professionally thanks to your expertise

• You enjoy coordinating and talking on the phone
• You always have an open ear for the needs of our internal and external guests, and you thrive on handling complex tasks thanks to your organizational talent
• You’re eager to develop yourself every day, learn new things, and be part of a warm and ambitious team
• You remain calm and composed, even in stressful situations
• You’ve already gained experience in a similar position and/or have completed training in hotel management
• Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel very comfortable in both German and English—any additional language is a plus
