Your key responsibilities include:
- Exemplary guest contact and professional appearance
- Excellent knowledge of Opera, GXP, GuestVoice, Marriott Global Source, MS Office, EMPOWER, and OneNote
- In-depth understanding of the loyalty program
- Communication and collaboration with all hotel departments
- Ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction
- Supporting the implementation and development of strategies to improve guest satisfaction and hotel safety
- Assisting in the development of team members
- Acting as a mentor and role model in hospitality and guest service, with a strong focus during peak business hours
- Providing efficient, helpful, and courteous service to guests, arranging services and organizing guest requests
- Performing and reviewing administrative tasks
- Scheduling shifts in the absence of the manager
- Vacation planning in the absence of the manager
