Your key responsibilities include:

• Spot-checking vacated and occupied guest rooms, as well as all other areas on the floor after cleaning.
• Forwarding and monitoring repair orders.
• Reordering guest supplies and linen for the floor office.
• Ensuring guest satisfaction through personal commitment and supervision of staff and their work.
• Supporting the annual inventory of linen and uniforms.
• Conducting inspection rounds throughout the entire hotel.
• Daily checking of out-of-order rooms.

• Most importantly: You are a passionate host with strong organizational skills, and your heart beats for housekeeping in all its facets—with a keen eye for detail.
• You’re eager to develop your team every day and have a strong sense for the diverse needs of our sophisticated and demanding guests, along with intercultural competence.
• A structured and independent working style defines you, as well as organizational talent and flexibility.
• You have already gained solid experience in a similar position and hold a qualification in hotel management or a comparable education.
• Your communicative nature sets you apart, and you feel comfortable speaking both German and English—additional language skills are a plus.
