Your key responsibilities include:
General (all levels):
- Prepare, present and serve high-quality dishes for our international guests across all dayparts
- Consistently apply HACCP standards and hygiene: labeling, temperature control, allergen handling and cleaning routines
- Keep your workstation clean, safe and organized; maintain equipment and tools
- Collaborate closely with service, stewarding, purchasing and other hotel departments for smooth operations
- Flexible deployment across our culinary areas: The Eatery Kitchen & Bar, Flavors, Taverne, banquet and main kitchen
Level-adjusted activities:
- Mise en place: ingredient prep, base preparations and station readiness
- Support and/or execute à-la-carte and banquet production per recipes/specifications
- Plate and present dishes to brand standards with consistent portions and timing
- Receive, check and store goods; rotate stock (FIFO); contribute to waste minimisation
- Create engaging guest moments in our open show kitchen and live settings
Extended (Demi Chef / Chef de Partie):
- Run your own section during mise en place and service; ensure quality, timing and HACCP documentation
- Train, guide and support junior team members on the section
- Contribute to new dishes, seasonal menus and culinary concepts for our outlets
- Support ordering, inventory and cost awareness; uphold kitchen standards and processes
- Drive continuous improvement in workflow, hygiene and team training
