Your key responsibilities include:

• You are the first point of contact for our international guests and handle individual guest reservations.
• You independently manage general correspondence within the reservations department.
• You prepare offers and booking confirmations for individual reservations.
• As an organizational talent, you ensure smooth coordination and processes.
• Thanks to your expertise, you know how to handle guest complaints and find solutions – you've learned that even negative impressions can be turned into positive memories with the right attitude.

• You stay calm and focused, even in stressful situations.
• You enjoy advising our national and international guests over the phone in both German and English, with a professional and polished manner.
• Your communicative personality sets you apart, and you feel confident in both German and English – any additional language is a plus.
• Ideally, you already have some experience working with the hotel software Opera.
