Your key responsibilities include:

• Assignment and coordination of repair orders
• Communication and scheduling with external contractors
• Planning and coordination of safety-related service contracts
• Invoice verification
• Duty and vacation scheduling
• Continuous replenishment of all work materials and initiating reorders when necessary
• Participation in internal trainings and required meetings
