Your key responsibilities include:

• Support the Sales Team in creating and executing sales activities.
• Independently manage a small portfolio of clients.
• Coordinate national and international customer inquiries and offers.
• Participate in conducting site inspections.
• Handle scheduling, preparation, and follow-up of sales meetings.
• Take part in telemarketing and mailing campaigns.
• Maintain and update the customer database.
• Assist the Sales Team in organizing trade fairs and roadshows.

• A motivated team member with passion for hospitality and sales.
• A strong communicator with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• A true team player with a positive attitude, high level of commitment, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Confident in using common MS Office applications.
• Completed studies or vocational training, preferably in hospitality or tourism.
