Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing minor repair, maintenance, and upkeep tasks
• Inspecting public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house zones
• Assisting technical staff with daily tasks
• Setting up, rearranging, and performing minor assembly work (e.g., furniture, equipment)
• Reporting and documenting technical defects
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and safety in the work environment

Be able. 

• Manual dexterity and a basic understanding of technical matters
• Ideally, some initial professional experience as a building maintenance technician or in a manual/technical field
• An independent, reliable, and meticulous work ethic
• A friendly and helpful demeanor toward colleagues and guests
• Professional conduct and a team-oriented attitude
• An interest in technical processes and a willingness to learn
