Your key responsibilities include:

• Operation, monitoring, and maintenance of building services systems (e.g., electrical, heating, ventilation, and plumbing systems)
• Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions during hotel operations
• Performance of maintenance and repair work, as well as supervision of mandatory inspections
• Support for remodeling, renovation, and modernization projects
• Coordination and supervision of external service providers
• Documentation of work, malfunctions, and maintenance measures

Be able. 

• Completed technical or vocational training (e.g., as a technician, electrician, plant mechanic, or similar qualification)
• Professional experience in building services or facilities management, ideally in the hospitality industry or a similar setting
• Broad technical understanding and a solution-oriented approach to work
• A friendly and helpful demeanor toward colleagues and guests
• Professional conduct and team spirit
• Interest in technical processes and a willingness to learn
