Your key responsibilities include:

• Performing repair, maintenance, and upkeep work on furniture, doors, windows, and interior fixtures
• Fabricating and customizing wooden elements and special components
• Assisting with renovation, remodeling, and modernization projects
• Rectifying defects during ongoing hotel operations while taking guest and safety considerations into account
• Collaborating with other technical departments and external service providers
• Ensuring order, cleanliness, and material availability in the work area

Be able. 

• Completed training as a carpenter or joiner, or a comparable trade qualification
• Professional experience in building services or facilities management, ideally in the hospitality industry or a similar setting
• Manual dexterity, with a precise and independent work style
• A friendly and helpful demeanor toward colleagues and guests
• Professional conduct and team spirit
• Interest in technical processes and a willingness to learn
