Your key responsibilities include:

• Maintenance, upkeep, and repair of heating, hot water, and utility systems
• Monitoring, adjustment, and optimization of heating and energy systems
• Analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions during normal hotel operations
• Assistance with renovation, modernization, and energy efficiency measures
• Coordination and supervision of external contractors
• Documentation of work performed and compliance with all legal regulations and safety standards

Be able. 

• Completed training as a heating engineer, HVAC technician, or equivalent qualification
• Professional experience in building services or facility management, ideally in the hospitality industry or a similar setting
• Technical understanding, structured, independent, and flexible work style
• Friendly and helpful demeanor toward colleagues and guests
• Professional conduct and team spirit
• Interest in technical processes and a willingness to learn
