Your key responsibilities include:
- As Front Office Manager – Sheraton Hotel, you lead the Front Office Team of the Sheraton Frankfurt Airport Hotel, including Bellstand, Guest Relations, Clubs, and the Guest Service Centre.
- You work closely with the Front Office Manager of the Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotel.
- You take on operational leadership as well as administrative responsibilities.
- You are responsible for leading your team, conducting employee reviews, and delivering job‑specific training.
- You motivate your team every single day and ensure departmental goals are achieved.
- You act as the main point of contact for your team and handle duty rosters and vacation planning.
- Cross‑departmental projects.
- As an expert in your field, you know exactly what our guests need and do everything to make their stay as memorable as possible.
- You advise guests on all matters and concerns.
- You know how to handle guest complaints professionally and always find a solution — you understand how to turn negative impressions into positive memories.
- Additional responsibility: You oversee the Bellstand, Guest Relations, Clubs, and the Guest Service Centre, working closely with the Sheraton leadership team.
