Your key responsibilities include:

• Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the Sheraton & Marriott Frankfurt Airport Hotels, from job posting through to offer stage
• Partner closely with hiring managers to identify and attract top talent across a variety of hotel functions
• Develop and implement innovative recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates
• Proactively identify, source, and engage candidates through LinkedIn, social media, job boards, networking, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct screening calls, interviews, and candidate assessments
• Coordinate and facilitate trial days
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Create, publish, and manage job advertisements across relevant platforms
• Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process
• Maintain recruitment records and coordinate all recruitment-related administrative processes
• Manage relationships with external vendors, recruitment partners, and job platforms while continuously optimizing recruitment channels
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics and hiring performance data
• Represent our hotels at career fairs, networking events, and industry functions
• Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our visibility as an employer of choice
• Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to associate

Be able.

• You have completed vocational training or a degree and gained experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or a related field
• You are comfortable managing recruitment processes independently and enjoy direct candidate engagement
• You have experience with or a strong interest in Active Sourcing and talent networking
• You are highly organized and able to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• You are an excellent communicator with a professional and confident approach
• You have a strong ability to build relationships and inspire candidates to join our organization
• You are comfortable working with recruitment metrics, reports, and data-driven decision making
• You are passionate about hospitality and enjoy representing our employer brand
• You have strong German and English language skills, both written and spoken
