Monitoring and ensuring compliance with all fire safety and life safety regulations
Conducting regular inspections and audits of fire protection and safety systems throughout the hotel
Organising and documenting fire drills and evacuation exercises
Liaising with authorities, fire departments, consultants, and external contractors
Supporting the development and maintenance of risk assessments, safety concepts, and compliance documentation
Delivering safety trainings and awareness sessions for associates
Investigating, tracking, and documenting safety-related incidents
Monitoring the operational readiness of all fire alarm, emergency, and life safety systems
Participating in internal trainings, audits, and required meetings

Your profile

Be able.

Ideally, you have experience in fire protection, occupational safety, or safety management.
You work in a structured and responsible manner and remain calm and organised even in challenging situations.
A strong safety mindset, reliability, and a high level of initiative define your way of working.
You communicate professionally and enjoy collaborating with various stakeholders.
You always interact with colleagues, guests, and external partners in a friendly and helpful manner.
Professional conduct and discretion are second nature to you.
